We've added Customer Categories to the brewery customer list, giving you a better way to organize and manage your accounts.
Customers can now be grouped into one of three categories:
- Preferred — your top accounts and regulars
- All — your full customer list
- Pending — new or unreviewed accounts
You can update a customer's category directly from their profile page, or move multiple customers at once using the bulk action tools on the customer list.
The system will also remember which category you were last viewing, so the next time you open the customer list it will pick up right where you left off.
