Small update with a big impact. Order Notes entered on brewery orders will now appear on the PDF sent to the customer.
This field is ideal for one-off situations like refunds, exchanges, or price adjustments, anything specific to that particular order that the customer should see on their document.
If you need notes to appear on every order for a customer (such as standing delivery instructions), those can be set directly on the customer's profile page instead.
You can find the Order Notes field on any brewery order. Just type your note and it will carry through to the PDF automatically.
